As we move towards the menopause our shifts in hormones, changing bodies and fears of entering a new phase in our lives can leave us feeling anxious and overwhelmed.
The good news though is that through simple breath work and postures we can change how we feel. We can reduce the hormones of stress and anxiety and increase our feel good hormones.
Each week we explore an aspect of our hormonal flow, learn breath techniques and postures designed to reduce anxiety and balance our hormonal systems.
Each class will also include postures to strengthen our core and weight bearing postures for improved bone density.
There is an opportunity for group support and sharing of experiences and discussion at the end of each class.
Classes are inclusive and no prior experience of yoga or kundalini yoga is necessary. You don't need to be bendy or wear lycra just wear comfy loose clothing.
The class is suitable for all levels including beginners - just not in pregnancy.

Let Grace and the gong quartet lead you through an hour and a half of relaxation and deep and powerful vibrations.
We start with some simple stretches to release the vagus nerve and that take us deeper into relaxation and then lie back and relax and float on the current of the sounds. A silence at the end to assimilate the vibrations before you re-emerge into a new reality.
So come - step out of the madness and have a unique experience!
