A kundalini yoga, breath work, anxiety and addiction teacher and sound therapist
I support people to develop and integrate healthy yogic practices into daily life. Through targeted breath work, postures, mediations and mantras we can change how we feel and with regular practice this can make a transformational change to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
I specialise in yoga for hormonal flow to support transition into peri menopause and the menopause.
As we move towards the menopause our shifts in hormones, changing bodies and fears of entering a new phase in our lives can leave us feeling anxious and overwhelmed Through simple breath work and postures we can change how we feel, we can reduce the hormones of stress and anxiety and increase our feel good hormones.
Classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible to all. They require no prior experience. Flexibility is not a barrier, indeed many of the exercises we do can be adapted for chair yoga .
Gongs are a wonderful way to unwind and let go.
Every ones experience of them is unique and many find themselves taken on a deeper experience of themselves, emerging renewed and refreshed.
Gongs can have many physical and emotional benefits. They induce deep relaxation, supporting the immune system and regulating glandular and hormone activity, increasing endorphin levels , reducing the production of stress-related hormones and helping disrupt negative thought patterns.
There are many therapeutic benefits of a gong bath but the deeper goal is awareness and non-judgemental appreciation of the present moment.
Come on an adventure and have an experience.
"Grace is fantastic at what she does and makes you instantly feel relaxed. I was looking for some sort of meditation practise and this was perfect. A lovely lady and would highly recommend :-)
