A gong bath is a form of meditation or relaxation during which you are immersed in powerful sound vibrations.
The gong is played either as a one to one or as a group treatment.
Just lie comfortably on your back, close your eyes and relax as you are bathed in beautiful sound vibrations.
All you will need to bring is a yoga mat, blanket and a cushion.
The gong is a sacred and ancient instrument. The powerful sound waves stimulate the physical body releasing tension and blocks in the body.
These sound vibrations are said to be healing both emotionally and physically.

Gong meditation has many therapeutic benefits but its deeper goal is awareness and non-judgmental appreciation of the present moment.

Theta brain waves (4-7hz) follow, inducing a state of meditation.
These waves occur in the early stages of sleep or just before you wake, often dreaming occurs. It is a time of enhanced creativity, renewal and relaxation theta waves are thought of as the doorway to the subconscious.
Some go even deeper into delta deep restorative sleep. Delta brainwaves can enhance physical & emotional healing and immune functioning, they can also reduce cortisol levels – the hormone released by stress.
Planet Gongs are tuned to the orbits of celestial bodies made audible thanks to the work of Hans Cousto, author of The Cosmic Octave.
It is said that the gongs vibrate with the energy of these bodies and when played with intention they open up possibilities for spiritual and emotional healing. I make no claims, but have lots of wonderful feedback from people who have experienced their vibrations.
Everyone experiences the gongs in their own way - so come and try them for yourself
These 4 gongs blend in beautiful harmonic tones. Together they are deeply meditative and transformative.
They have resonated with me on my journey of personal growth and transformation. My connection with them is deep and personal.
I look forward to sharing their powerful vibrations with you to help you on your journey..

108 has many esoteric connections. It is a deeply meditative and powerful gong. It is the numerical equivalent of OM and represents the birth of the universe.
According to yogic tradition it is said there are 108 energy lines, or nadis, converging to form the heart chakra and 108 marmas (pressure points) or sacred parts of the body.
Interestingly the distance between the earth and sun equals 108 times the diameter of the sun. The distance between the earth and the moon equals 108 times the moon’s diameter and finally the diameter of the sun is 108 times the diameter of the earth..
The symbol on the gong face is the Sri Yantra, a sacred symbol nine interlocking triangles that radiate outwards from the centre point, the meeting place or junction between the physical world and the spiritual world or the unmanifest source.
Of the nine triangles, four points to the sky and is believed to be symbols for Shiva (the masculine), while the five pointing downwards represent Shakti (or the feminine).
Because of this, the Sri Yantra is believed to be a strong symbol for the union of the masculine and the feminine divine.
Chakra: All. Pitch: Between G# ( 52Hz) and A (55Hz) Rules: The connection to the divine
